Hot & Roll had its start in 2003 by its founder, Tracy Ing. Hot & Roll signature products are its Crispy Crepes, very much inspired by the Japanese crepes and perfected by Tracy after numerous tribulations and trials. Among consumers who previously associated crepes with the soft mushy type found in various part of Europe, the Crispy Crepes became an instant hit. It comes in a variety of sweet and savoury fillings to cater to all preferences.
Today, Hot and Roll has more than 120 outlets located at shopping centres, transport hubs, institutions of higher education and medical centres. Recently, we had the opportunity to work on their new kiosk located in IOI Puchong Mall. This 30sqm space consists of spacious food preparation and storage space, a cashier counter as well as an on-the-go counter-style dinette area.
