The Asian Football Confederation or AFC is the governing body of association football in Asia and Australia and is a member of the worldwide football governing body FIFA.
The AFC Congress is an annual meeting of the AFC committee and board of directors, the agenda of which changes from time-to-time but includes elections for the aforementioned posts as well as the handing out of awards.
Consisting of both a gala dinner at the JW Marriott and a conference at the Mandarin Oriental, this event brought together the who’s who of Asian football, as well as a smattering of other sports personalities.
Definitely an interesting event for us as well as football fans alike!
